We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our digital consulting team.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential for success in this role.

The successful Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. They will also maintain an organized filing system for project documentation and client records, assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources, and track project progress and prepare status updates for internal teams and clients.

  9. Maintain and update databases related to client interactions, project milestones, and administrative tasks.
  10. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for team meetings and client engagements.
  11. Office Management:
  12. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  13. Manage department's supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a consulting environment.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
