About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Architect to join our Systems Engineering Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, helping to define the overall Dell Technologies solution for our customers using the full range of company products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and lead relationships with highly sophisticated customer accounts, providing technical expertise to design and implement solutions.
  2. Conduct customer needs analysis and anticipate requirements beyond existing solution's scope, ensuring seamless integration and operability.
  3. Prepare detailed product specifications to enable the sale of our products and solutions, and deliver impact presentations at customer facilities.
  4. Verify operability of sophisticated product and service configurations within the customer's environment, performing advanced systems integration.
  5. Maintain knowledge of driven solutions to efficiently address and acquire knowledge of competition.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, relationship, and leadership skills in the industry.
  • Ability to present to executive level and articulate the Dell Technologies solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of market, technologies, products, and services.
  • 8 to 12 years of related experience in a relationship selling role.
  • Understanding of VMware, Redhat or Microsoft Multi-cloud, Security, and Application development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced experience in a relationship selling role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
