Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Career Development Professional to join our team at Dubizzle Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip fresh graduates with essential workplace competencies.

About the Role:

  • Conduct engaging training sessions for fresh graduates, ensuring high participation and completion rates;
  • Gather and analyze feedback from participants to measure satisfaction;
  • Continuously improve training content based on feedback and performance data;
  • Monitor and assess skill improvement post-training;
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance professional growth;
  • Support graduate transition into roles, fostering long-term retention;
  • Track and report key metrics to measure training success.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field;
  2. Certification in Training & Development, Coaching, or Instructional Design (preferred);
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Coaching;
  4. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for fresh graduates or early-career professionals;
  5. Experience in assessing training effectiveness and implementing improvements;
  6. Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred);
  7. Familiarity with the real estate industry, developers, or technology solutions is a plus;
  8. Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and client relationship management;
  9. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools;
  10. Up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and challenges;
  11. Understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles;
  12. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences;
  13. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively;
  14. Skilled at creating and delivering training sessions tailored to diverse audiences;
  15. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to address client needs effectively;
  16. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  17. Competent in using technology, presentation tools, and analytics platforms;
  18. Data-analytical mindset;
  19. Proactive: Takes initiative to identify opportunities and drive results;
