We are seeking a Help Desk and IT Solutions Expert to join our team at BaseTeam Recruitment. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and can effectively resolve technical issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software applications across the organization. This includes troubleshooting and resolving a variety of ICT issues, managing user accounts, and contributing to maintaining network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to end-users, identifying and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
