At Alkhorayef Commercial Company, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing team and sales support. This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the marketing team, including supervising and monitoring their work, setting annual plans, and implementing them. They will also be responsible for organizing and attending marketing activities or events, monitoring advertising and promotional campaigns, and collaborating with other departments to prepare specific campaigns or brochures.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing Supervisor will conduct research and analyses about market trends in marketing campaigns, follow up with marketing services providers, and arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.

Policies, Processes and Procedures :

  • Implement approved Marketing policies, processes, and procedures and provide instructions to subordinates while monitoring adherence
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices

Safety, Health and Environment :

  • Comply with all relevant safety, health, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls
  • Participate in incident and accident investigations as required

People Management :

  • Supervise, guide, and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of direct reports

To succeed in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in event management and B2C marketing, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, good knowledge of modern marketing techniques and social media platforms, proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools, and experience working with advertising and marketing agencies. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
