Job Description

As a Process Safety Specialist at شركة الفلك للمعدات والتجهيزات الإلكترونية, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our industrial processes. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and mitigate potential hazards associated with our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough safety assessments and analyses to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our company complies with all relevant local, national, and international safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and PSM standards.
  3. Safety Management Systems: Develop and implement process safety management systems tailored to our company's specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with our existing operations.
  4. Incident Investigation and Analysis: Lead investigations into incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training to our employees on safety best practices, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
  6. Safety Protocols and Procedures: Establish and maintain protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe operating practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  7. Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Emergency Response Planning: Develop and review emergency response plans, training staff on their execution to ensure prompt and effective response to emergencies.
Requirements:
  1. Education: A degree in safety management, chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  2. Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Process Safety Management (PSM), or similar credentials.
  3. Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in safety management and industrial processes.
  4. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industrial processes, safety systems, and relevant regulations.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends in safety performance.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey safety information to employees and stakeholders.
