Job Responsibilities

The Contract Manager will be responsible for securing tenders and contracts on contractual, financial, and tax aspects both during selling and delivery phases and in coordination with Legal and Finance corporate functions.

The successful candidate will perform T&C review, propose winning contractual set-ups, participate in negotiations with external project stakeholders, and contribute to the bid approval process.

You will work closely with the project manager to implement processes and tools with external parties for efficient contractual follow-up. Drafting and/or reviewing contractual correspondences, ensuring compliance with rights and obligations under the contract, is also essential.

The ideal candidate will support the project manager on risk & opportunity identification and management, ensure proper follow-up of contractual changes to scope and schedules, and deploy CPP Change order & Claim guidelines & best practices.

Counselling operational teams on contract management topics and driving cultural change toward risk & contract management are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in business, engineering, law, construction, finance, or supply chain management.
  • 10 years of experience in Contract Management and project-based environments.
  • Preferably possessing a contract management certification such as those from WorldCC.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written). Arabic would be an advantage.
