Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain advanced IAM security architectures and solutions.
  • Define the IAM vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Deliver end-to-end cybersecurity IAM solutions from design, implementation, integration, and optimization.
  • Design systems and solutions to support successful proofs-of-concept and pilot projects in emerging technology areas.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for IAM procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Evaluate and determine the adequacy of security architectures and designs.
  • Implement and integrate system development life cycle methodologies into cybersecurity systems development environments.
  • Identify third-party system integration requirements and work with professional services and/or outside system integrator partners to deliver integration solutions.
  • Lead IAM projects to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Professional Certifications:

  • Professional certification in high-level security, such as SABSA, CISSP, CCSP, CCIE Security, CISA, etc.

Years of Experience:

  • 3-5 years in relevant experience.

Key Skills:

  • Understanding of IAM concepts, including access control, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, LDAP, or IAM platforms.
  • Knowledge of security principles and best practices, particularly in IAM and access control.
  • Advanced proficiency in determining security control requirements of information systems and networks.
  • Advanced implementation experience of cybersecurity solutions in different domains.
  • Advanced understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
  • Advanced proficiency in security technology domains with expertise in IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network, application, or system integration issues.
