Job Description

The Clinical Application Specialist will leverage their expertise in healthcare, business, and InterSystems products to ensure seamless implementation of our solutions. This individual will become an expert in Oncology/Physician product resources, advising customers on optimal solution adoption and driving maximum benefits while minimizing customer-specific work.

About the Role
  • This position involves frequent travel, potentially up to 5 days per week, to visit customer sites and participate in projects.
  • The ideal candidate must be available to engage with various areas of the business to resolve issues and provide support.
Key ResponsibilitiesDiscovery
  1. Analyze customer processes and identify gaps, proposing solutions through Edition Proposed solution presentations.
  2. Review proposal and tender documentation prior to release to the customer, ensuring accurate information and informing colleagues on potential gaps in functionality.
Launch
  1. Run Edition Customer Induction workshops, educating customers on the benefits of adopting our solutions.
  2. Consult with customers to understand their existing processes and propose solutions that minimize variations from standard ISC products.
Setup
  1. Configure customer site settings, creating validation scripts to verify agreed-upon configurations.
  2. Participate in system validation, ensuring data migration and integration align with solution design.
Adoption
  1. Conduct Dry Run process activities, preparing Train the Trainer material and providing individual and group training as required.
  2. Train Customer Trainers on TrakCare functions, ensuring they understand the customer solution.
Sustain
  1. Liaise with other departments to resolve remaining issues and complete the support handover process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, experience conducting customer training, and workshops/presentations.
  • Strong consultative skills, ability to articulate and communicate ideas effectively.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in healthcare, understanding administrative and/or clinical processes.
  • Experience implementing software solutions and contributing to a multi-disciplined team.
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of Information Systems.
