At Merge Recruitment Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Forensic Auditor to lead our fraud response, prevention, and detection efforts. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and run multiple investigations simultaneously, evaluating fraud awareness and developing programs to improve prevention efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Investigation Planning and Execution: Plan and conduct thorough fraud investigations, including interviewing individuals, handling evidence, analyzing financial and business documents, and providing detailed findings.
  2. Investigation Support: Undertake other factual investigations as required, providing expert support to our team.
  3. Reporting and Communication: Prepare audit interim reports and communicate final reports, ensuring timely follow-up on recommendations.
  4. Fraud Risk Assessment: Identify risks and control deficiencies within our organization, providing strategies to reduce risks and rectify deficiencies.
  5. Fraud Control Frameworks: Assess fraud control frameworks and draft related policies, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and financing legislation.
  6. Training and Development: Provide fraud training and facilitate workshops, enhancing the skills of our team members.
  7. Other Responsibilities: Perform Anti-Bribery & Corruption risk assessments, business partner reviews, and other tasks assigned by the Chief Auditor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • Professional qualifications in Internal Auditing, such as CIA or CISA.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in Technical, Engineering, and/or Operational audits.
  • Excellent knowledge of organization structures, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic language skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
