A leading travel and tourism company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented marketing strategist to join its dynamic team in Riyadh.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for the company's diverse range of travel products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the product and business development teams to conceptualize and create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.)
  • Develop engaging content (social media posts, website copy, brochures, email newsletters, etc.) to promote the company's travel offerings and enhance brand visibility
  • Manage and optimize the company's digital marketing activities, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and social media marketing
  • Plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to showcase the company's products and services to potential customers
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the travel and tourism industry
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation and conversion efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Analytics, CRM systems)
  • Familiarity with the travel and tourism market in Saudi Arabia is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both verbal and written)
