We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead our customer success team in ensuring outstanding client experiences.

The ideal candidate will oversee customer onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts while proactively solving challenges and optimizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Customer Success Specialists.
  • Ensuring best practices in customer engagement and issue resolution.
  • Cross-functional coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.

Strong relationships with key clients are crucial. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will act as the escalation point for complex customer issues and identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our products.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
