About the Project

We are working on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, which includes major mixed-use development projects. The project consists of sports facilities, entertainment venues, and arts infrastructure along with associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procuring, negotiation, and placing large and complex packages. They will also be able to navigate through complex procurement routes and provide procurement/contracting awareness and guidance to non-procurement staff.

Responsibilities and Skills
  • Preparing, coordinating, and managing all activities related to the contract, including review/validation of SOW, pre- and post-bidding process, contract award, technical and commercial evaluations.
  • Assisting in the full contract lifecycle, from contract drafting to incorporation of changes.
  • Providing procurement/contracting awareness and guidance to non-procurement staff.
  • Supporting post-contract activities, including extensions, terminations, amendments, change orders, and disputes.
  • Assisting in drafting and developing client templates in coordination with the client's legal team.
  • Formulating, implementing, and improving procurement policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and presenting regular and special reports/presentations on procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree qualification and professional membership. They will also have strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate through complex procurement routes.
