Job Description:
  • Develop and implement a strategic event calendar for Independent Food Company in KSA.
  • Plan and execute in-store activations, brand events, influencer meet-ups, corporate collaborations, and pop-ups that drive customer engagement and boost brand awareness.
  • Work closely with internal teams, franchise partners, and external vendors to bring event concepts to life.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of all events, from planning to post-event evaluation.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, supplier coordination, branding, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality customer experience at all events.
  • Handle permits, approvals, and legal requirements related to events.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or F&B industry.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage large-scale brand events and activations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
  • Experience managing event budgets and performance tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in event management tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
