About This Role

We are looking for an experienced sales and NRM expert to join our team as a Commercial Category Lead for KSA Market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving category growth within the KSA & Bahrain markets through effective management of P&L, identifying opportunities to grow and optimize TMI spending to drive Turnover.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Develop and implement category growth strategies to achieve full-year category targets.
  2. Collaborate with CBD teams to identify opportunities to grow and optimize TMI spending to drive Turnover.
  3. Run S&OP cycle to ensure achievement of full-year category targets.
  4. Set country/channel/customer targets with CBD team.
  5. Work with CBD on opportunities and risks within M zero to achieve target.
  6. Manage category OS&R within the country to ensure consistent reduction and elimination of business waste.
  7. Own and manage total category TTS investment.
  8. Design promo strategy, menu/Pricing/SOF ambition.
  9. Work with demand planning team on shipments mix, norms, and additional requirements.
  10. Drive NRM levers 2,3,4.
