About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Cluster Director of Sales to join our luxury hospitality team in the KSA and GCC market. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive sales growth, while working with a dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target specific markets.
  • Manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed them.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop pricing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.
What We Are Looking For
  • A degree in hospitality or sales management is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in the KSA / Gulf market with a proven track record of success.
  • Multi-site or property experience essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
