Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and review quality-related documents, including pre-production documents and vendor approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and analyze customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Drive the CAPA process to ensure timely and effective closure of quality issues.
- Investigate and resolve product deficiencies, ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve quality issues and maintain records of customer complaints.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and instructions for use within the company.
- Prepare quality reports and conduct statistical studies to ensure process capability.
- Improve the quality management system to meet regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate quality system issues and procedural compliance.
- Manage non-conforming materials and products.
- Handle audits and inspections, including API, ISO, and customer audits.
- Perform vendor evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Plan, conduct, and lead internal quality management system audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Dammam.
Language:
- Arabic and English.
