Job DescriptionIn this role, you will have the opportunity to build on our existing credibility, to maximise the significant market opportunity for events, training and consulting across the GCC.
You will actively secure and develop strategic relationships with key organisations, become a trusted advisor for key stakeholders on internal capability projects and business transformation needs, lead the project delivery team from needs development to successfully execution, build and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with new and existing clients, and actively promote our reputation with all stakeholders, whilst increasing profitability and meeting set business development objectives.
Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop new accounts by leveraging our reputation as market leaders in the business education and events space, follow-up on inbound leads that come via our events, website, digital, referrals and marketing initiatives, demonstrate a consultative, client-focused approach that reinforces us as a trusted partner, work closely with support departments to ensure a best-in-class client offering, respond to RFPs with proposals that reflect our image, forecast and report efficiently and accurately.
