Overview:

The position focuses on translating business needs into functional solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring alignment with HR strategies and operational goals. This involves leading functional design, configuration, and support across various Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations using Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Workforce Compensation.
  • Design functional solutions for efficient HR processes and ensure the system aligns with business objectives.
  • Create functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency.

Configuration & Testing:

  • Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs using delivered functionality.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Maintain configuration documentation and ensure alignment with best practices and organizational standards.

HR Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements using Oracle functionality to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Standardize and streamline HR processes across departments for consistency and reduced errors.
  • Develop solutions to bridge system gaps without heavy customization, promoting scalability and maintainability.

User Support & Training:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR users regarding system usage, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests.
  • Train HR teams on new functionalities, workflows, and processes to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Document SOPs, training materials, and business process flows to facilitate knowledge retention and transfer.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Support HR and management teams with reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure system compliance with labor laws and internal governance policies through regular audits and updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation and audit trails to demonstrate regulatory adherence.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field is required. 3-5+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including hands-on experience in implementing and supporting multiple HCM modules, is essential. Prior experience in a large organization (10,000+ employees) is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, as well as expertise in configuring modules such as Core HR, Absence, Talent, and Performance.
