Functional Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Administer key systems by inserting new crew members into the system, deactivating resigned or terminated crew, and maintaining access controls.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new features or system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal operational impact.
  • Training: Provide training and system overviews to new users.

Operational Responsibilities:

System Management and Support:

  • System Administration: Administer and maintain assigned operation systems, especially core flight operations systems.
  • Error Resolution: Handle system errors and resolve issues quickly to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Integration Monitoring: Monitor and ensure integrations between flight operation systems like Jeppesen, Navitaire, and SITA ACARS.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Reporting: Ensure all required reports are available either as standard or custom reports.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize SQL Server access to generate reports and troubleshoot SQL scripts.
  • Dashboards: Work with Power BI to deliver critical performance reports and dashboards.

Flight Operations Support:

  • Support: Provide day-to-day system support to all end users, ensuring operational continuity.
  • Implementation Assistance: Assist with system implementations and upgrades as needed.
