About the Role:

The Warehouse Team Leader is a critical role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support and facilitate the smooth operation of our warehouse division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, including paperwork, office procedures, and other operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, including managing paperwork, office procedures, and other operational requirements.
  2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of worker performance, attendance, and efficiency scores.
  3. Performance Feedback: Provide regular feedback to workers on their performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting corrective actions.
  4. Shift Management: Coordinate and manage worker shifts to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize conflicts.
  5. Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain work equipment to prevent damage and ensure smooth operations.
  6. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts between workers in a fair and impartial manner.
  7. Payment and Benefits: Ensure accurate payment and benefits for workers, in accordance with company policies.
  8. Communication: Serve as a liaison between management and workers, facilitating open communication and resolving issues.
  9. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
  10. Quality Control: Ensure that all outgoing stocks meet quality standards and are properly documented.
  11. Team Management: Manage team members to ensure they are following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
