**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage all aspects of assigned shifts, including staffing, operations, and performance.
  2. Ensure that all staff members, including delivery staff, logistics associates, core colleagues, and temporary staff, adhere to their assigned shifts.
  3. Oversee timely putaway and pickup of stock transfers, while strictly adhering to all warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prevent excess, shortages, or damages.
  4. Respond promptly to pre-alerts from source warehouses regarding transfers.
  5. Ensure timely order handover to drivers and minimize delivery breaches.
  6. Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  7. Prioritize the health and safety of all staff members during their shifts.
  8. Be prepared to handle any crisis through effective escalation management.
  9. Submit timely end-of-shift reports, including a complete closure of cash collection.
  10. Train core colleagues and delivery associates on relevant processes.
  11. Ensure timely pickup and processing of customer-initiated returns (CIRs) according to company policy.
  12. Provide a detailed end-of-shift report summarizing all activities.
  13. Directly follow up with third-party vendors to address concerns or absenteeism.

**Requirements:**

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  3. Preferred Experience:
  4. Inventory Management Systems
  5. Logistics Operations
  6. Fluency in English and Arabic
