Purpose and Objectives

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Services Delivery in EMEA/MEE, our services organization, supports customers in their digital transformation, particularly in their HR Transformation Journey. We sustain the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors HCM software and ensure our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate, and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem-solving, and knowledge transfer.

Expectation and Tasks

Your role involves delivering business and technology advisory services within customer engagements. You are a skilled problem solver, creative thinker, and excellent team player with effective communication skills in an international environment. Depending on business needs, you may conduct the following tasks:

  • Support implementation projects from preparation to Go Live
  • Plan, execute, and manage design workshops/meetings with customers
  • Analyze business processes, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
  • Collaborate with a team of consultants, including Near Shore and Off Shore consultants, on projects
  • Adapt to remote working styles
  • Assist Sales Colleagues in defining implementation roadmaps and strategies
  • Travel to customers and SAP meetings as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent relevant knowledge and experience
  • Proven project experience in implementing Core HR Processes in a Lead Consultant and/or Architect role
  • Technical aptitude with ability to rapidly learn complex software applications
  • Excellent communicator, organized, and quick learner with a passion for working with people
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills eager to continuously learn
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex problems
  • Ability to deliver clear presentations and present complex information concisely
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the HCM domain
  • Certification and experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge of other SF modules is advantageous
  • Integration experience of other SAP HCM products such as Fieldglass, Work Zone, or Sales Performance Management is seen as an advantage

  • This role is part of the EMEA team, and projects will be delivered across the region.
  • English & Arabic language fluency is mandatory.
  • The hybrid working model allows for flexible work arrangements from home or customer/office locations. Some travel to customers abroad may be required.
