Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Health and Safety Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the development and implementation of health and safety initiatives, processes, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety practice, with 7-9 years of experience working in a similar hazard profile environment. You will be responsible for conducting health and safety inspections and audits, providing expert advice on policies and best practices, developing training programs, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in health and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of health and safety activities, incidents, and near misses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or level 4 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
  • 7-9 years of experience working in the health and safety profession within an organization with a similar hazard profile.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
