Job Description

Tawuniya is a leading insurance company in the Middle East, with over 13 billion SAR in revenue and a team of 2,000 employees.

We offer a wide range of insurance products and services to our customers. Our sales team plays a crucial role in achieving our business goals.

This role is focused on health product sales for corporate/key account segments in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up on opportunity pipelines, identify leads and prospects, engage with potential customers, pitch Tawuniya's insurance products, and close deals to expand market share in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Opportunity Pipeline Management:
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in sales pipeline management.
  • Screen the market and perform gap analysis to identify potential leads and generate a long list aligned with Tawuniya's objectives and sales guidelines.
  • Track and document all opportunities for future reference and performance evaluation.
Field Sales Planning:
  • Support research and due diligence to enhance your sales pitch and approach method for new potential customers.
  • Document customer information as per the product application to enable effective sales tracking.
  • Gather necessary data to calculate sales activities performance metrics (e.g., hit ratio, sales cycle timeframe, etc.).
  • Assist in developing sales reports highlighting performance and areas of underperformance in sales activities.
Policies, Procedures, and Processes:
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate daily activities to ensure adherence to stipulated policies, procedures, and processes, and escalate any identified non-compliance cases.
