Sales and Partnerships Executive

We're looking for a Sales and Partnerships Executive to join our team at Maximus Gulf Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new vendors for our platform/services. This involves building strong relationships with service providers and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
About the Role- This is a field-based sales position that requires frequent travel within your designated region to meet clients and establish new partnerships.
- You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed our sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Proven Sales Ability: Experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Confidence in closing deals and handling objections effectively to achieve sales goals.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently in the field.
