Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Guidance and Support: Deliver timely and effective HR services to ensure smooth employee onboarding and overall workforce management.
  2. Collaborate with Project Teams: Interact proactively with Project Directors, People Leads, and wider HR, PRO, and TA team members to align HR services with business objectives.
  3. Support Talent Acquisition: Guide and support Project teams through the selection process, providing fast feedback to Talent Acquisition after interviews.
  4. Mobilisation and Demobilisation: Coordinate with the TA, PR, and HR Admin team to ensure seamless mobilisation and demobilisation processes.
  5. Onboarding Process: Provide high-level support with the onboarding process, ensuring alignment to the WSP way of working.
  6. Tasks and Prioritization: Ensure work is actioned within defined delivery expectations and tasks are prioritized accordingly.
  7. Inductions and Team Activities: Conduct meaningful inductions face-to-face with new joiners to ensure alignment to the WSP way of working, and support project leaders in driving positive employee engagement and good team morale.
  8. Shared Services Support: Support project leaders in accessing wider Shared Services support as needed.
