Job Description:
Sofitel Mumbai BKC is seeking a skilled A/V Technician to join our team. As an A/V Technician, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing all audio, visual and lighting equipment throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all work follows safe work practices and procedures.
  • Respond immediately to all work requests which concern Health and Safety.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate, maintain and repair all audio, visual, lighting and related equipment.
  • Evaluate and appropriately respond to equipment usage and energy efficiency.
  • Complete all work orders with due diligence.

Qualifications:
  • Good basic English.
  • Experience and knowledge of modern hotel rooms facilities equipment and set-ups.
