We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Healthcare Leader to join our team at Alert International as the Managing Director of our healthcare facility in Jeddah, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies
    • Establish organization goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term;
    • Develop business plans, strategies and operations (both clinical and non-clinical);
    • Ensure that the organization continues to make profits and grow investors' wealth;
  • Lead and Motivate the Team
    • Motivate and provide leadership to managers and senior executives;
    • Build relationships with external experts and agencies through seminars, conferences and professional networking;
  • Oversee Operations and Performance
    • Present reports on the organization's business and performance to the board;
    • Review operational data and financial statements to track the progress of business initiatives;

Requirements

  • Medical Degree and Experience
    • Medical degree and hands-on medical experience as a Physician or within the Nursing department;
  • Business Acumen
    • A business degree is mandatory;
  • Leadership and Management Experience
    • Proven hospital management experience, preferably JCI & CBAHI accredited;
  • Language Skills
    • Excellent English and Arabic communication and interpersonal skills;
