We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening, onboarding, and induction of new employees.
- Employee Engagement: Lead and manage HR engagement activities to create a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance and Administration: Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
