Job Summary:

El-Takamol is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to assist the HR Head in developing and implementing organizational strategies that drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational charts and job descriptions to align with business objectives.
  • Collect and analyze hiring needs from various departments to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  • Coordinate with HR Head and functional managers to prepare and run interviews, and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Assist in developing HR-related reports, such as headcount reports, employee costs, and benefits reports.

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent English language skills.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office and ability to analyze figures.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
