Asterix Communications is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team as an Engineering Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform daily administrative activities, including managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and handling mail and correspondence.
    • Provide secretarial support to the Engineering team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Ensure all communications with owners, guests, and the corporate office are handled promptly and professionally.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Office Management
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Hilton standards and policies.
    • Identify and build internal and external relationships to support the Engineering team's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and adapt to changing priorities.
