As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for our hotel, ensuring that our brand positioning is consistently executed across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Positioning and Strategy
    • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the hotel, ensuring alignment with our brand positioning and business objectives.
    • Lead the development of marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring that all marketing activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Communications
    • Develop and implement marketing communications strategies to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
    • Lead the development of marketing materials, including advertising, public relations, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure that marketing activities are meeting business objectives.
    • Develop and implement plans to improve marketing performance and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in a hospitality marketing role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Previous experience with a 5-star hotel.
