Role Summary

The Head of Marketing & Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote Cenomi Rewards, our loyalty program. Main Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote Cenomi Rewards, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with tenants and partners to create compelling offer frameworks that engage and captivate customers.
  • Campaign Management
    • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on innovative approaches to engage potential and existing customers.
    • Incorporate exclusive partner and tenant offers that enhance customer engagement.
  • Partnership Development
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create synergistic marketing efforts that enhance program visibility and appeal.
    • Build strategic partnerships that result in exclusive and attractive offers for members.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to continually refine marketing tactics and strategies.
    • Ensure effective leverage of partner and tenant collaborations to maximize customer appeal and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the retail or e-commerce sector.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
    • Exceptional communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business fluency in Arabic.
  • Experience with mall loyalty programs and in working with partner and tenant stakeholders.
