You will be responsible for positioning and executing engagements that prove the value of Genesys solutions, articulating and customizing global best practices, industry trends & benchmarks.

Main Duties:
  • Show up differently' with customers by engaging in peer-level discussions about business outcomes and their deliverables in the language of Middle East financial services
