The Learning and Development Manager will play a key role in shaping employee growth and development at Four Seasons Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Position

  1. Design and implement training programs that align with company values and operational goals.
  2. Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning solutions to enhance employee performance.
  3. Lead orientation and onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
  4. Manage leadership development initiatives to support internal career progression.
  5. Coordinate with department heads to create role-specific training programs.
  6. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local training regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • A degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for various skill levels.
  • Knowledge of modern learning techniques, e-learning platforms, and training technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
