About the Job
We are seeking a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and target new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with our sales executives to support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead qualification
- Nurture existing leads and relationships
- Collaborate with sales executives to drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in the tech or travel industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
- Cold Calling: Comfortable and experienced with making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales/lead generation tools to manage and track leads.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand new products, services, and market dynamics.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work closely with sales executives and other team members.
- Goal-oriented: Driven by achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
