This position is crucial for the end-to-end delivery of business growth by collaborating with internal and external partners. Key responsibilities include seeking opportunities, developing account plans, and executing programs to expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem and enhance customer experience.

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist - E-commerce Growth Expert who will drive demand-generation activities with appropriate marketing plans, improve return on investment, and innovate into sales and marketing strategies to build demand for Apple products in partnership with finance and worldwide digital teams.

  • Analyzing business opportunities and developing account plans to drive Apple's strategies with partners;
  • Responsible for achieving sales growth in alignment with annual sales plans and country strategic priorities, goals/objectives;
  • Having a deep understanding of the e-commerce market, partners, and the needs of our end customers;
  • Driving innovation into sales and marketing plans to build demand for Apple products in partnership with finance and worldwide digital teams;
  • Responsible for the tactical, daily execution of the business to include negotiating programs and demand generation, operational optimization, and building deep relationships to achieve a great customer experience with results that benefit Apple and our partners;
  • Leading planning approaches which result in the delivery of Apple's global digital e-commerce strategy and constant CX enhancements;
  • Working together with finance, planning, and logistics to provide ongoing partner forecast, business insights, and manage inventory levels;

Requirements

To be successful, you should have 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, channel sales, or online account management. Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, merchandising, and sales execution is essential. Experience in negotiating programs and managing online partner relationships is also required.

  • You have demonstrated success in delivering volume, budget, forecasting, merchandising, marketing, and operation with an e-commerce strategic account/financial analytics;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to contribute within a team environment and influence cross-functionally;
  • Fluency in English is essential;
  • You understand there are many moving parts in an organization. Navigating the interdependencies within Apple is needed for success. Understanding how business financials work, and strategies for sustaining profitable growth, are key to staying ahead of the competition;
  • Relevant sales experience with a preferred focus on selling direct to major e-commerce partners and/or managing marketplace channel - retail channel experience will also be an asset;
  • Customer and partner needs can often be unique—but, you're quick on your feet and connect and influence the right people both inside and outside of Apple;
