Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Genitourinary Oncology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care in the field of Genitourinary & Gastrointestinal Oncology, supervising interns and residents, and ensuring that all clinical responsibilities are met according to current medical staff bylaws.

Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Assist Consultants in providing patient care and management in Genitourinary & Gastrointestinal Oncology, following established standards of medical care.
  • Conduct assessments, examinations, compile case histories, and assist in diagnosis and management of patients based on diagnostic manuals.
  • Register detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, develop management plans, and follow up with patients, documenting all findings and orders as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Academic Responsibilities:
  • Provide orientation, bedside training, and supervision to interns, residents, and fellows.
  • Keep updated with the latest techniques and developments in the field, implementing them to improve standards.
  • Participate in educational activities and training programs within the department.

A Bachelor's degree in Medicine and at least two (2) years of postgraduate training in a specialty/subspecialty are required for this position.
