Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Tabarak Developments International. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Upkeep: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate setup, equipment installation, and logistics planning to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain building supplies and equipment inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
- Facility Policies and Procedures: Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies, coordinating with appropriate personnel to resolve them.
- Health and Safety: Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols, including regular inspections and compliance with regulations.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage facility budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role, strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facilities management software.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team, flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
