Six Flags مدينة القدية is seeking a highly skilled Park Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests. As the primary point of contact, this individual will greet visitors, offer direction and information, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. The Park Receptionist will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- Providing valuable insights about the park, attractions, services, and events
- Resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Managing reservations, ticket sales, and payment processing accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all materials and information are up-to-date
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handling incoming calls professionally
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of guest information
A minimum high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, fluency in Arabic and English are required.
