Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the project team, including engineers, designers, and staff, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project progress and compliance with regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specifications.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to the senior leadership team and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 20 years in the civil engineering industry.
    • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's construction industry, regulations, and standards.
