About the Job

Hunter Rose is a forward-thinking organization that is committed to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. We are seeking an experienced OD & Reward Manager to join our team and help drive organizational development and reward expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful OD initiatives, managing competitive reward strategies, and collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement performance management strategies.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of programs that support cultural transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Drive initiatives around succession planning, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Facilitate change management processes and ensure alignment between organizational goals and HR strategy.
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive reward strategies including salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or professional certifications like CIPD/SHRM are preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a specialized OD or Rewards role.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, organizational design, and change management.
  • Experience working in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors in KSA preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and market practices.
