Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the dialysis unit team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
  • Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive comprehensive, quality care, including monitoring and evaluating their condition, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that dialysis services meet the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in dialysis care.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, with a Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in dialysis nursing, with experience in a leadership or management role preferred.
