About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh as a Beverage Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to provide exceptional service to our esteemed guests. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding service, a drive to exceed expectations, and a talent for motivating and guiding your team, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a college degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years' experience in a similar position within a luxury environment. They will also have strong leadership, organizational, and people skills, as well as a drive to deliver exceptional levels of service. Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mocktails is required, as well as the ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of drinks. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, are also essential.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of professionals to provide exceptional service to our esteemed guests* Develop and implement new menu concepts to meet changing customer demands* Manage staff effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction* Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of beverage service* Work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution of all beverage services* Ensure accurate inventory management and ordering* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
