Job Description:

As an Optician at Chalhoub Group, you will play a vital role in helping customers select and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses based on their prescriptions. You will provide expert advice on frame styles, lens options, and lens coatings, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.

In addition, you will act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring every customer is welcomed and exceeded in their expectations throughout the customer experience.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their prescriptions, needs, and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on frame styles, lens options, and lens coatings.
  • Explain the differences between various types of lenses and frames to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to eyewear products and services.
  • Meet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles & Contact lenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience and in possession of an optical diploma.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Licensed Optician by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is a must.
