Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Controls Director to lead program controls functions on some of the largest programs in the region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports program controls activities within assigned sectors and manages resource assignments and staffing requirements.
- Functionally leads teams of program controls professionals who are assigned to various programs/projects within sectors.
- Establishes and maintains regular contact with program directors/managers to ensure their program controls related requirements are fulfilled.
- Interfaces with clients as required to support the business as the 'face' of program controls for sectors.
- Leads program controls efforts during proposals (pre-contract). Develops proposal schedules, work breakdown structures, cost estimates for program controls services, and program controls-related proposal content.
- Leads program controls activities during mobilization/start-up upon award. Identifies/assigns program controls resources and develops/implements systems and procedures as start-up program controls lead.
- Participates in identifying initiatives focused on improving and advancing program controls services across the organization, and leads the implementation of those initiatives.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of established systems and procedures, and utilizes best practices to introduce further improvements to existing and new business processes.
