Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources function in Saudi Arabia. As the primary HR Business Partner to our Saudi General Manager and leadership team, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR teams and programs, as well as deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You will anticipate upcoming admin challenges, laws, and regulations changes and act proactively to ensure smooth business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR agenda that serves the business by acting as the Primary HRBP to the Saudi GM and the leadership team.
  • Ensure all company admin and HR practices are up-to-date and compliant with Saudi laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop corporate plans for various HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, training, and development.
  • Anticipate legal risks and work towards proactive solutions.
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with various public sector entities when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Proven HR experience in a leading FMCG company.
  • Experience leading the HR function and team.
  • Full understanding of how an organization operates to meet its objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of Saudi relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build highly productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
  • Ability to use and navigate HR systems.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
