Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize delivery, return, and scrap processes to ensure efficiency and timely execution.
  • Oversee 1P delivery operations from UAE warehouses to GCC customers, ensuring seamless logistics and high customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular partner visits to gather insights, improve performance, and plan allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate 3P delivery operations from UAE-based merchants, ensuring seamless logistics and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key metrics like returns, backlog, and lead times, taking proactive action to prevent issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Regularly update the team on the progress and bottlenecks in operations.
  • Actively understand the market need and competitor strategies to implement best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and at least 3 years of experience with UAE and KSA delivery industry (especially 3PL companies).
  • Familiar with custom clearance and brokerage processes.
  • Strong knowledge of G-Sheet and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
