Elevator Installation and Maintenance Opportunities

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Elevator Installation and Maintenance Technicians to join our team at ARG Alrehman Recruitment Group in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and maintain all types of elevators and escalators, including mechanical and electrical components.
  2. Perform quality control checks on installation and maintenance work to ensure high standards are met.
  3. Layout and connect electrical wiring, including traveling and control cables, machine room connections, and car and landing door connections.
  4. Test and commission elevators and escalators with micro-processors and VVVF drive systems.
  5. Conduct adjustments after testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Perform minor and major corrective maintenance on elevators and escalators.
  7. Attend callbacks and perform preventative maintenance on elevators and escalators under contract maintenance.
  8. Submit commissioning and maintenance reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in elevator installation and maintenance.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in elevator installation and maintenance for junior positions.
  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Additional experience in new elevator installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably with Japanese brands.
  • Strong character, responsible, autonomous, and independent, with good English language skills and computer knowledge.
